You've reached this page because for the first time in over 11 years, I no longer host my website and e-mail on my own machine. Yup, looks like the venerable ariel and melody are floating belly-up in the salty sea. At this point I'm not even sure any of the old content is retrievable. Not that it matters much. Truth be told, I'd let the old jetlin.com fall into a state of disrepair. I guess the Web 2.0 thing swept a lot of that fine control into irrelevance. So now it all resides on Google apps. I'm calling it an interim solution, but I can see this become de facto permanent just because I just can't see needing that fine control I used to want over my own (virtual) domain anymore.
So what this means is that at some later time, I'll probably come back here and pretty this up a little, but it probably won't be much more than a shell pointing to where the real action is these days as far as my virtual presence is concerned:
